Here are the guidelines for Mr. Blaser's book share, due on Thursday.

"Share with the class one of the books you've read this quarter. You may choose one of these methods:

1) Illustrate a map that shows important places and events.
2) Draw a detailed timeline for the characters and events in the story.
3) Decorate a shoe box and fill it with 5 items that relate to your book.
4) Create a poster or collage that gives details about your book.

Be sure to include theme, plot, characters, setting, and mood."

NECAP Testing

We will be taking the state-mandated NECAP examinations during the course of this week. On Tuesday, 10/6, Wednesday 10/7, and Thursday 10/8, students will not be attending the majority of their normal classes as we run morning and afternoon test sessions in reading and mathematics. Due to this, homework assignments will be light to nonexistent over the next three days (in addition, there will be no Spelling/Wordbusting words this week in Literacy).

On Friday, we will celebrate the end of testing with our field trip!
